You can look forward to these exciting tasks during your training:

Combination of theoretical phases at Hochschule Stralsund, Duale Hochschule Gera-Eisenach, or Hochschule Wismar with practical phases at Webasto Thermo & Comfort SE in Neubrandenburg
Practical experience depending on the study program (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechatronics & Automation, Engineering - Design, Industrial Engineering with a focus on Logistics, or Electrical Engineering) in various technical departments
Participation in projects related to heating and cooling systems, thermal management, and e-mobility
Insights into development, design, production, logistics, and quality assurance
Building a broad technical foundation

This is what you bring to us:
(Technical) high school diploma or equivalent qualification with good grades in mathematics and natural sciences
Interest in a technical dual study program in the mentioned fields of study
Enthusiasm for technical issues and the automotive industry
Analytical thinking skills, teamwork, and initiative
Motivation to familiarize yourself with new technologies and take on responsibility

You can expect fair compensation from us:
1st year of training: 1.223,00 Euro
2nd year of training: 1.325,00 Euro
3rd year of training: 1.412,00 Euro
4th year of training: 1.493,00 Euro
