Here are the exciting tasks you can look forward to:
Responsibility for the development of innovative thermal management solutions for electric vehicles worldwide
Global contact person for thermal management solutions within the Webasto Group
Independent development and foundational work on high-voltage heaters as well as new product ideas
Execution and evaluation of calculations, test series, and alternative functional solutions
Goal-oriented coordination of technical details with internal and external development partners

What you bring to us:
Technical degree and several years of experience in automotive development, with specific knowledge in refrigerants, heat pumps, thermodynamics, and manufacturing processes
Very good knowledge of automotive development processes such as FMEA, APQP, and 8D, as well as a strong quality and cost awareness
Assertiveness, confident demeanor with customers, as well as strong communication skills and team orientation
Intercultural competence, high flexibility, commitment, and willingness to travel
Very good English skills in line with international requirements
